This month Cosmo Bride opened their ‘Experts’ feature with a full page interview and pic of me!
I spilled the beans with Cosmo regarding all things wedding photography, including tips to choosing the right photographer for you, when to book, and why natural wedding photography is the new trend. Here’s a little iPhone snap of the interview, starring my left hand and my beautiful new(ish) engagement ring!
Here’s the cover I shot for Gowns Magazine this month. On sale now and full of wedding style inspiration, go out and grab yourself a copy!
Here’s an opener for a golden location editorial I recently shot for Modern Wedding Magazine in the Hunter Valley…
A little preview from a feature I photographed for Sydney Gowns Magazine…
Another beautiful day shooting this story for Modern Wedding Magazine…
If you’re looking for a fairytale-esque wedding venue which has you feeling transported to the lush gardens of a European estate, then you can thank me later for telling you about Milton Park Country House.
Although the beautiful architecture and dreamy gardens look amazing all year round, Spring is my favourite time of year at Milton Park. The greenery overflows with colour and birds sing throughout the rambling gardens, dotted with stone walls and pond features. A highlight is a field of delicate blue bells which, when a bride and groom are added to the scene, are a picture perfect sight (and a wedding photographers dream).
Located in Bowral, in the Southern Highlands region approximately 1.5 hours drive from Sydney, Milton Park is a destination wedding venue which is easily accessible for city brides. This majestic venue offers the option of on-site guest accommodation, a ceremony area on the lawn beneath the shade of tall trees, and multiple reception buildings, each with it’s own elegant country house feel.

Who doesn’t love a good seaside wedding?!
Moby Dicks is located at Whale Beach in Sydney’s Northern Beaches area and is one of my favourite Sydney wedding venues. Moby’s, as it is fondly referred to by locals, has everything you’d expect from a Boathouse Group venue – bright open spaces, views of the ocean, immaculate grounds, vibrant interiors featuring fresh fruit and flowers, friendly staff and food servings that are as delicious as they are beautiful.
An all-in-one venue, Moby’s offers the versatility of an outdoor beach ceremony, or an onsite garden ceremony, as well as an elegant all-weather seaside reception venue. Wander around the headland for your bridal party photographs whilst your guests indulge in canapés and take in the sweeping ocean views from the main dining room, or the relaxed Hamptons style garden setting on the deck.
If you’re looking for the perfect ocean front wedding venue check out Moby Dicks…you won’t be disappointed!
View Moby Dicks website HERE or visit their instagram at @mobydickswhalebeach for more photographs.

The approach of the European summer has me dreaming of quaint cobbled streets, tuscan hills at sunset, and bougainvillea meandering over ancient stone walls in provincial France. I teamed up with Luxury Weddings Magazine to capture this editorial series at Vaucluse House in Sydney and for a day we were transported to some beautiful European wedding fairytale. Featuring the romantic designs of Leah Da Gloria, Amarige, Hemden, Montagio and Mia Song. Here’s the published shoot…
I am so excited to share Lisa + Andrew’s elegant harbour side wedding, as featured by Polka Dot Bride this week!

I absolutely loved feeling transported to provincial France for the day to photograph this story for Modern Wedding Magazine.

The 42 degree heat didn’t stop Ally + her girls walking out into the blazing sun, grass crackling underfoot, to help me capture this shot. We photographed the whole bridal shoot in about 30 minutes then rushed back to the relief of the shade to drink copious amounts of water. The whole bridal party was as enthusiastic to endure the heat to get these photographs as I was. Thanks team!
Thomas and Brooke’s wedding was an intimate and relaxed affair surrounded by their closest family and friends, with a total of just 20 guests.
Following their church ceremony at Watson’s Bay, the couple and their guests guests boarded a gorgeous boat and cruised the Harbour, drinking champagne and listening to great tunes before docking at Flying Fish, where they dined for lunch at a beautiful long table in the private dining room, graced with bright florals and romantic candles.
Brooke told Wedded Wonderland one of the most memorable moments of her special day occurred towards the end of their wedding, “My 88 year old grandmother (and hands down one of my favourite humans) had been very ill in the lead up to the wedding and we had arranged a nurse for the day. Unfortunately, the nurse lost us between the Church and the Reception. My brother carried my Nan off the boat, along the jetty and up the wharf to the restaurant. It was beautiful, seeing her cradled in my brother, with the beautiful sky and sea in the background and an image I will never forget.”

Sarah is from England, so it’s no wonder she chose to celebrate her wedding at the Milton Park Country House, with it’s lush green European-style gardens.
Here she is amongst perfectly manicured hedges in the dusty afternoon light.
Hayley + Tim’s Mosman wedding was such a treat to photograph. Just look at these beautiful lovers!
You can view the full story as featured on Popsugar Australia here.
Pastels are in, and the new Mrs Sarah Fairley colour coordinated her bridesmaids perfectly in blush and lavender shades, with gorgeous bouquets to match.
The golden fields of rural Mudgee as a backdrop were pretty great too.
This was my favourite moment captures from Chris + Emma’s garden wedding. During a sun shower we snuck under a big fig tree in the Royal Sydney Botanical Gardens and she pulled him in for this kiss!
Amelia Axton (makeup artist to the stars, and highly recommended for all you future brides out there) applies some final touches to our flower girl before she walks Anna down the isle at Gunner’s Barracks.
Hayley in a Watters gown, and Francis Floristry bouquet at the Shangri La hotel overlooking the whole of Sydney Harbour.
Gosh, I love my job!
Sydney brides looking for a superb florist, look no further than Annie at Francis Floristry.
I photographed these perfect blooms under a hazy sunset for Hayley + Tim at Gunner’s Barracks.
I loved that Anna + Barry’s pooch, Pumba, featured as the guest of honour at their glamorous Mosman wedding.
Here’s Pumba working it for the camera.
Congratulations Kate + Dane!
Photographed near the Boathouse at blissful Palm Beach.
Cuteness levels went into overdrive when little Olivia tried on the bride’s shoes at Bowral’s Carriage House.
A beautiful actress, a glowing sunset, and me with my Canon. What a wonderful afternoon on location in Tamworth!
Thanks to our team of creative geniuses including Ivory Lane Event Style + Hire, Tall Poppy Florist and Glamour Empire Makeup + Hair.
This is what joy looks like.
Congratulations Jane + Joel, married on the Gold Coast over the weekend.
Melissa + Nick in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Picture perfect really.
These adorable kiddies were a very important part of Sarah + Lex’s bridal party at The Vinegrove in Mudgee.
I loved the styling this couple chose for the kids. The whites didn’t stay white for long but I managed to snap this before anyone brought out the candy.
Sarah, styled perfectly and ready to walk down the aisle.

Walking along the beach on a sunny afternoon, surrounded by his best mates, having just married the love of his life…Andy is a pretty lucky guy.
I love that weddings offer such a diverse range of photographic opportunities for photographers.
Here’s one of my favourite candid moments from Kat + Andy’s Vaucluse wedding, just after they were pronounced Husband and Wife.
Bronte beach on a quiet winter’s afternoon was the perfect spot for Emma + Ian to share their first dance together.
This is one of my favourite candid wedding moments, captured during Kat + Andy’s harbour-side wedding ceremony.
This light is the stuff photographer’s dream about. What a gorgeous moment shared between the new Mr + Mrs!
Tamara looking stunning as she shares a moment with her new husband, Dom, at Gunner’s Barracks in Mosman.
